Job description
The Hotel Splendide Royal, a member of Swiss Deluxe Hotels and The Leading Hotels of the World, is seeking to strengthen its Bar department by hiring two full-time Bar Commis. The Bar Commis will be required to assist their direct superiors (demi-Chef and Chef de Rang) in their daily tasks. They must be able to control cleanliness and provisioning, set up the room, welcome clients and serve at tables, maintain a clean and orderly space for the lounge and bar.
