Job description
Public Kitchen and Bar, Finz Seafood and Grill, and Bella Cucina are three well-established Queenstown restaurants, collectively known as Wai Hospitality Group. We require multiple full-time permanent Commis Chefs who genuinely care and want to join an amazing team to deliver memorable guest experiences. Minimum of 1-year experience in a commercial kitchen. $28.00 to $29.66 per hour, depending on experience Rostered day and evening shifts Monday to Sunday Tasks and Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation Ensure compliance with food safety and quality control procedures Collaborate with other chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to achieve team goals Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
