Job description
Job Description Our Ambassador will: Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs in preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards. Assist in operating assigned kitchen sections, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to recipes. Prepare and cook staff and guest meals with attention to quality, timing, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment, and food storage following health regulations. Monitor ingredient use, help reduce waste, and follow company guidelines for sustainable practices. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
