Printer Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Printer Assistant is expected to support logistics operations, being responsible for printing production documentation for stakeholders.

• Treat, verify, and record documentation related to service operations, such as printing assembly manuals and visual aids ;
• Support and validate the update of the tracking file ;
• FOLLOW THE PLANNING ISSUED BY THE COORDINATOR TO PRINTING, IN ORDER TO RESPECT TREATMENT DEADLINES AND VOLUME EXPECTED ;
• Verify codes to define documents requiring printing ;
• Assemble assembly manuals with visual aids ;
• Ensure the classification of files before delivery to the client ;
• Apply and follow current printing procedures ;
• Understand AS 9100 standard requirements for responsibilities assigned to this position ;
• Respect SMQ procedures of the company and apply tools during task execution ;
• All other connected tasks.

Qualifications :

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience ;
• Diploma or other relevant training ;
• Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing sector, an asset ;
• Mastery of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) ;
• Knowledge of BDL, an asset ;
• Bilingualism; French and English, written and spoken, an asset.
