Job description
Hot Line Operations Assist in the preparation and cooking of hot dishes, including meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and sauces. Follow standardized recipes and instructions from senior chefs to ensure consistency and quality. Support the execution of grill, sauté, and oven-prepared items during service. Ensure proper plate presentation and temperature before food leaves the hot pass. Mise En Place & Prep Prepare ingredients and components for daily service (e.g., chopping, marinating, portioning).
