PROFILE The COMMESSO | COMMESSA will be responsible for: - Welcoming, listening, and personalized assistance to customers. - Presenting and selling orthopedic, sanitary, aid, and related products. - Managing cash operations and payments. - Setting up and maintaining the store's order and cleanliness. - Controlling and managing inventory, replenishing shelves. - Eventual management of orders and returns. - Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS The COMMESSO | COMMESSA requires: - Previous experience in a role as a salesperson or assistant in contact with the public, preferably but not necessarily in related sectors (pharmacies, parapharmacies, healthcare). - Strong listening and comprehension skills for specific client needs that often require discretion and support. - Predisposition to assistance and customer satisfaction, with the ability to recommend suitable products and establish a trusting relationship. - Excellent verbal communication skills, clarity in presentation, and predisposition to teamwork. - Familiarity with main computer tools and cash systems. - Attention to detail in inventory management, product display, and cash operations. - A plus will be considered for interest or basic knowledge of orthopedic products, mobility aids, shoes designed for mobility, or medical products. CONTRACT The COMMESSO | COMMESSA offers: - Initial contract for 6 months with a prospect of stabilization - Full-time schedule 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm) - Metalmechanics and industry collective labor agreement, level to be defined based on experience - Continuous training on products and new solutions in the orthopedic-sanitary sector. - Support and guidance from a competent and consolidated team.
