Brico-casa Deodato assumes! – Sales Assistant (Commesso/a) Location: Brico-casa Deodato – Via Aldo Moro – 70043 Monopoli (BA) Contract: To be defined based on experience Brico-casa Deodato, a reference point in the home, DIY and do-it-yourself sector, is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented person to fill the role of Sales Assistant at the Monopoli store. Your responsibilities: Greet and support customers during the purchasing process, guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction; Manage and maintain a clean and organized sales area; Assist in the preparation of displays and visual merchandising; Participate in inventory management and stock control; Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets; Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Brico-casa Deodato; Provide information and advice to customers on products and services; Identify and report any issues or defects in the store's operations; Perform other tasks assigned by the Store Manager. Requirements: High school diploma; Previous experience in a sales role is an asset; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs); Availability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
