Job Description - Advising HR representatives over recruitment solutions by phone. - Conducting persuasive and customer-oriented conversations. - Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects. - Registering and following up on all conversations in the CRM system. - Actively working towards achieving commercial goals. Profile - Experience in telesales or a comparable commercial function. - Excellent communication skills in Dutch; knowledge of French is an asset.
