Commercial Employee

In this role as an Inside Commercial Employee, you are the first point of contact for customers. • From customer contact to quotes and order processing; managing the entire process tightly and efficiently;
• Translating customer requests into suitable solutions and supporting calculations;
• Acting as the first point of contact, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying commercial opportunities in the sector;
• Managing service contracts, updating the database, and ensuring accurate registration;
• Carefully handling complaints and providing customers with clear information and suitable solutions immediately.

• MBO or HBO work and thinking level;
• Two years of experience in a similar role;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, German is a plus;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably experience with ERP software.
