As Commercial Employee Inbound Service, you are the first point of contact for B2B customers and for the initial questions about the webshop. You advise them on products, prepare offers, and ensure follow-up and aftercare for ordered orders. You guide customers through the digital ordering process, and it is your task to clearly understand the customer's needs. You ask questions and give a suitable product advice, and you are also responsible for administration.
You work together in a team with colleagues from the inbound service and account managers from the outbound service. Daily, we synchronize who will be dealing with which customers.

First, you look up the customer in the system and check if they have placed this order before. If not, ask if there is a need for a specific brand and advise which brand best fits the customer's request. Then, tell the customer that it is necessary to also purchase connectors that can be ordered in multiple colors. It is important to thoroughly investigate so you know exactly what the customer needs.
You can let the customer follow along via the webshop. You create an order list on the webshop and at the same time, the customer can see what's going into their shopping cart. The advantage of this is that the customer can see product photos, discounts, and whether it's in stock. When the customer agrees with the order, they can pay online or you can prepare a quote in the M3 System.
