What will you do

• You act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring friendly, clear, and professional communication via phone and other channels.
• You answer various customer questions and offer appropriate solutions, taking into account internal procedures and agreements regarding business waste collection.
• You ensure correct administrative processing of customer files and orders, including registration, modification, and follow-up in the systems used.
• You actively follow up on customer inquiries and files, monitor agreements made, and ensure that actions are carried out promptly by the relevant departments.
• You identify areas for improvement in service delivery, report them internally, and contribute to more efficient work methods and customer processes.
• You actively represent the client's values and service, ensuring customers have a consistent and professional experience at every contact point.
• You work with great attention to administration and follow-up in a booming sector, with room for new challenges in the short and long term.ProfileWhat do we ask?

• You are strong in communication and telephone skills, enabling you to switch smoothly and clearly with different types of customers and situations.

• You work accurately and structurally, ensuring that administrative tasks, files, and orders are handled correctly and completely.

• You complete files and customer inquiries from A to Z, with attention to follow-up and clear feedback to involved parties.
• A bachelor's degree is a plus but not required; however, you have at least initial work experience in commercial inside sales.
• You possess good knowledge of Dutch and MS Office, enabling you to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing and to work administratively.OfferWhat do we offer you?

• Working 39 hours per week, with a fixed full-time hourly structure within commercial inside sales.
