Commercial Support Officer - Belgian Market

We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Commercial Support Officer who supports the Belgian market from our office in Amsterdam. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring and improving customer experience. You will often be the first point of contact for our customers and provide support through various channels, such as email and phone. Additionally, you will be a key link between our customers and internal departments such as sales, finance, and operations.

What you will do

• Support customers by handling questions, solving problems, and providing a high service level.
• Assist the sales team in preparing contracts, customer presentations, and coordinating with internal departments.
• Contribute to the development of creative marketing activities, such as optimizing the website, sending mailings, and developing promotional materials.
• Keep track of and update databases, process data, prepare reports, and manage invoicing.
• Contribute to the optimization of customer experience and the growth of our company by performing additional tasks.

Requirements

• A positive and solution-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or backoffice support role, preferably within the financial services sector.
• MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French (spoken and written).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
