Job Description Taken: As a commercial customer advisor, you are the first point of contact for customers, both professionals and individuals. You make a difference with your customer-oriented approach and your commercial feel: you listen, think along, and translate their needs into the right solutions and products. You build a trust-based relationship with customers, know how to strengthen their projects commercially, and strive together with your colleagues towards an excellent sales experience and strong results. Just like our team of experts, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth and development, and contributing to the success of our retail business. You are proactive, flexible, and have a positive attitude. You are fluent in Dutch and English.
