• You are the face of the bank office and welcome customers with a smile
• You offer them targeted advice and smoothly guide them to the right department or colleague
• You assist customers via digital channels and actively contribute to further digitalization
• You answer phones, handle emails from the office mailbox, and take care of administrative follow-up
• It is your task to pick up leads, book appointments, and identify commercial opportunities
• You collaborate with your colleagues: personal and business bankers, insurance specialists, and credit advisors
• In the afternoon, you receive customers and assist as a backup for the independent agent
• No cash desk: you focus on personal contact and service, both face-to-face and digital
• Over time, there are opportunities to grow into an advisor role if you have this ambition.

• You are a social and commercial talent
• You enjoy customer contact, are proficient with computers, and are eager to learn
• Knowledge of Dutch is a must (spoken and written)
• Strong administrative skills and stress-resistant, you have a neat appearance
• You live in the region and are flexible regarding working hours
• You have a bachelor's degree in business management or a relevant interest in banking/finance
• Recent graduate? No problem! Your motivation and commercial flair are decisive
