Task

As a commercial assistant.e in our stores,

• Leads and coordinates the daily operations of the team. As a director organizes the flow of goods on the sales floor and carries out the work of the food and non-food teams.
• You are responsible for replenishing shelves and displaying promotions, so that our customers can easily shop.
• You are polyvalent together with colleagues from other departments, because we attach great value to cooperation.
• In the absence of the department manager, you take over the operational part. You are also involved in organizing the execution of sales actions: seasonal articles, events, etc. In short, you stand at the center of the action!
• And since our customers are king, you always put them first. You actively participate in all aspects of the store to achieve the best results through genuine cooperation.

Responsibility Area

• You carry out all tasks assigned by your hierarchy.
• You make proposals to your hierarchy regarding commercial actions, optimizing the location (following up on inventory) and organizing work in general.
• You work together with your colleagues from the Front Office Assistant within your universe.
• You are responsible for opening and closing the store according to the store schedule.

Profile

• You have a secondary education diploma (or equivalent through experience).
• You have initial professional experience in sales / retail / hospitality or catering.
• You possess potential to lead a team.
• You are flexible. Working in a variable work schedule and on Saturday and Sunday does not scare you off.
• Your qualities: customer- and result-oriented, initiative, organization, communication, teamwork.
