Over de organisatie
Our client is a rapidly growing organization active in commercial real estate. They (re)develop and business spaces throughout Flanders with a team of around thirty people.
Jouw nieuwe functie
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the expansion of the portfolio of commercial real estate;

• You screen the market and identify commercial opportunities
  
• You analyze opportunities for (re)development, both from a property technical and financial feasibility perspective
  
• You translate any programs of requirements into build-to-suit projects on existing or to-be-located locations
  
• You identify real estate that meets the different demands of potential tenants: size, location, visibility, budget, etc.
  

Furthermore, you will also manage a portfolio in less busy periods on a commercial level;

• You ensure more revenue by improving occupancy rates, finding new assets or extending/ renewing existing contracts
  
• You provide the necessary information to potential tenants or intermediaries regarding space and prices and organize tours at suitable locations
  
• You report to the management team
  

Jouw profiel

• We are looking for someone with a network, experience, and sharp analytical insights for this role in the first place
  
• You have financial insight to prepare business cases
  
• You have experience with negotiations with government agencies
  
• Idealiter you have a Master's degree in real estate, business administration or a related field
  
• Extra knowledge or training in property management is a plus
  
• You are fluent in English, French, and Dutch, which is a must
  
• Your communication skills are well developed, and you are someone who can handle tasks independently
  
• Somone with a positive attitude will fit best into the team and be more successful
