Junior Accountant / Tax Professional
Job description
Humangest, a company specializing in Recruitment and Selection, is looking for a Junior Accountant / Tax Professional for an important law firm.
The resource will operate autonomously on a dedicated portfolio, handling both tax compliance and ordinary consulting, with the possibility of further growth in analysis and advisory activities.
Specifically, they will be responsible for:
- Independent management of ordinary accounting for partnerships, corporations, and sole proprietorships.
- Preparation and review of annual financial statements (OIC) and their accompanying notes.
- Preparation and submission of tax returns: Redditi SP/SC/PF models, IRAP, annual VAT, esterometro, LIPE and periodic communications, Unique certifications, and model 770.
- Management of VAT compliance and consulting on key indirect taxation issues.
- Analysis of clients' accounting and tax positions, identification of critical issues, and solutions.
- Direct relations with clients, entities, and institutions.
- Support for basic extraordinary transaction consulting (quota sales, simple generational transitions, valuations).
- Coordination with internal figures within the Firm (accountants and trainees).
- Constant updating on tax regulations.
We require:
- Degree in Economics, Economics and Business Law, or equivalent course of study.
- Qualification as a Chartered Accountant (preferred; trainee in the final phase is evaluable).
- 3-4 years of experience in a structured professional firm.
- Independent management of ordinary taxation and declarations.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian tax legislation.
- Ability to prepare civil financial statements and expertise in OIC accounting principles.
- Proficiency with accounting and tax management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability for direct client relations and priority management.
- Attitude for teamwork and information sharing.
- Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
We offer: Inclusion on a self-employed basis (P.IVA). Indicative annual compensation between €45,000 - €50,000. The specific compensation will depend on the evaluation of the profile in terms of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experiences. Work schedule: full-time from Monday to Friday + 1 day/week smart working. Work location: Milan, Turati area (MI).
