The client is a prestigious Tax Studio specialized in managing complex domestic and international tax cases, valuation plans, corporate organizations, and M&A in general. They have entrusted us with the Selection of a figure: COMMERCIALISTA IN FISCALITA' ORDINARIA E OPERAZIONI STRAORDINARIE - STUDIO TRIBUTARIO MILANO Description and characteristics of the position: The resource within the Tax Studio, will be inserted into the Fiscal Consulting Team, where they will be responsible for the preparation and submission of tax returns, as well as the management of extraordinary operations, including the preparation of financial statements and the management of tax audits. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics or equivalent, and will have at least 3 years of experience in the field of fiscal consulting. The candidate will be required to have a strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The candidate will also be required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Studio Tributario is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work effectively in a team and is able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
