We are looking for a resource to be inserted into the role of

Commercial Area Representative - Electrical and Electronic Sector - Triveneto and Lombardia

The resource must possess a degree-related title (Diploma/Laurea) and have gained at least three years of experience in the relevant sector, acquiring solid technical knowledge and competence oriented towards consulting.

The resource will report directly to the Market Manager and the Commercial Director Italy, and will have the following responsibilities:

- Management and development of the assigned area (Triveneto, eastern Lombardia)
- Customer portfolio management
- Business development
- Technical and operational support
- Technical consulting for clients (OEMs, System Integrators)
- Support in negotiations and contract closure.
- Market analysis

Essential Requirements:
- Italian C1
- English C1
- Previous experience in the role and sector
- B License

Skills:
- Commercial and negotiating skills
- Availability for travel within the assigned area
- Empathy and relationship-building skills with OEMs and System Integrators.
- Availability to travel abroad for meetings and training at the mother company in Germany

Onboarding
- Two consecutive weeks at the mother company in Germany
- One day a week at the Milan office for the initial period, then reduced to one day a month once the resource is fully autonomous
- Training courses every six months in Germany
