Link HR Professional Solutions is searching for a professional to be inserted within the Sales area of a manufacturing company, belonging to a structured industrial group, producer of articles in rubber, with a profile to be developed for COMMERCIALE | SETTORE MANIFATTURIERO Responsibilities: The sought-after resource, collaborating closely with the corporate direction, will be responsible for the following main activities: - Research and acquisition of new customers through commercial visits, market study, and participation in sector fairs; - Management and development of the existing customer portfolio, contributing to customer loyalty and satisfaction; - Preparation of commercial offers in line with company policies; - Monitoring of the market and competition to identify new business opportunities; - Collaboration with technical and production departments to ensure a coherent and realizable commercial proposal; - Reporting and analysis of sales results, with periodic updates to the commercial direction. Requirements: - Consolidated experience of 3-5 years matured in commercial | internal and/or external; - Provenance from manufacturing realities; - Availability to make trips, in Italy (especially north) and Europe, for about 30% of working time; - Knowledge of the English language is considered a preferred title. Completing the profile: keen relational skills, propensity to operate on the territory, strong commercial attitude, and orientation towards achieving objectives.
