Junior Commercial Representative - On Field Forlì

LHH For a client company, we are looking for a Junior Commercial Representative - on field in Forlì. The resource will be responsible for expanding the customer portfolio and consolidating commercial relationships on the assigned territory. Operating directly on the field, supports sales activities, promotes products/services of the company, and contributes to achieving business objectives. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: - Visiting clients and prospects to present customized commercial solutions. - Managing sales negotiations independently or in collaboration with senior team members. - Monitoring local market trends, gathering feedback, and identifying new opportunities. - Collaborating with internal teams to define commercial strategies. - Updating the company's CRM system with detailed reports on activities performed. - Participating in fairs, events, and promotional initiatives on the territory. Profile Candidates will be considered who possess the following requirements: - Diploma or degree in economic, commercial, or related fields. - Excellent relational and communicative skills. - Strong customer orientation and objectives focus. - Availability for frequent travel on the territory. - Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRM. - Previous experience (even brief) in sales or customer service is a plus.
