Junior Commercial - Milan

Orienta Orienta Agency for Employment, on behalf of an important client operating in the sector of services for condominium administrations, is looking for a resource to be inserted as a junior commercial. The sought-after figure, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, will be involved in sales and commercial development activities, with the goal of managing and retaining existing clients and acquiring new ones in line with the company's strategy. In detail: - Market analysis aimed at finding new customers; - Management and development of the client portfolio; - Relationship with customers Requirements for the role: - Strong motivation, precision, and orientation towards both the customer and achieving goals; - Interest and determination to develop skills in the commercial area; - Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit What is offered: - 6-month internship + 6 months focused on integration into the company - or: - APPRENTICESHIP if the candidate has experience of about 2 years as a salesperson Expenses and benefits: - €1,000 net for the internship - €1,200 for the apprenticeship - After the training period: company car, credit card, parking concession Work location: Milan, Corvetto area Sector: Professional studies and consulting Role: Commercial/Sales Type of occupation: Fixed-term contract
