Ali Lavoro S.p.A., subsidiary of Corinaldo, selects a Commercial Italy | Area Veneto for the Treviso office. The position requires the selected resource to report to the Director of Commerce and be responsible for commercial activities and administrative support, specifically: - Identify, develop, and acquire new clients (prospecting) and manage the existing client portfolio in the Veneto area; - Negotiate and finalize supply contracts, having full capacity to modularize terms, conditions, and pricing strategies to maximize profit and achieve business objectives; - Develop and implement an effective sales plan for the territory, analyzing market dynamics and competition; - Maintain high-level relationships with decision-makers of clients, acting as a strategic consultant; - Monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports (CRM), and formulate accurate forecasts for management; - Collaborate with the back-office to ensure correct execution of orders and administrative management of the sales cycle. Requirements - Previous professional experience in the Oil & Gas sector (preferable); - Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent title; - Stable residence in Veneto (preferably in the province of Treviso or surrounding areas); - Proven previous experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a Commercial/Area Manager in the B2B sector, with focus on selling services or technical products; - Solid skills in negotiating complex contracts and determining pricing strategies; - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools; - Strong orientation to results, proactivity, operational autonomy, excellent communication and relational skills at various levels; - Good knowledge of the English language (welcome).
