Eurointerim Eurointerim S.p.A., a subsidiary of Rubano, is seeking a dynamic reality in strong growth, operating in the production and commercialization of technical components, to strengthen the COMMERCIALE Job Description The figure sought, directly reporting to the Management, will be responsible for developing commercial activities in the Triveneto territory, managing sales activities independently and proposing solutions from the company to defined customer targets. Specifically, it will be responsible for the following main activities: - Scouting and acquisition of new customers (distributors, installers, technical studies, companies) - Management and development of existing customer portfolio - Commercial visits on the territory and technical-commercial consulting - Organization and participation in commercial events, open days, fairs, and product presentations - Achievement of sales targets agreed with Management - Monitoring of the market and competitors Skills & Experience - Strong commercial attitude and result-oriented - Excellent relational and negotiation skills - Availability for frequent movements within the assigned area - Driving License B It offers: - Direct entry into the company with an indefinite-term contract - Remuneration composed of a fixed part and a variable part linked to results - Company car for mixed use Workplace: Rubano (PD) The search is addressed to candidates of both sexes (D.lgs. n.198/2006); candidates are required to read the privacy information on the company's website www.eurointerim.it (D.
