ADHR Group, Specialized Technical Search and Selection Division for Middle and Senior Management, is seeking for a company operating in the facility management, concierge, reception, unarmed security, cleaning, and integrated services for companies sector a:

SALESPERSON FACILITY SECTOR

The resource will be responsible for B2B service sales in the sectors of unarmed private security, concierge services, concierge, reception, cleaning, and facility management.

The selected candidate will be tasked with developing new commercial opportunities, consolidating relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the company's portfolio growth by proposing customized solutions based on the specific operational needs of the client.

Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• Management and development of the existing client portfolio;

• Research and acquisition of new clients through commercial development activities;

• Handling phone calls, emails, appointments, and sales visits to clients and prospects;

• Conducting site surveys to understand the operational and organizational needs of the requested service;

• Gathering the necessary information for the preparation of economic proposals;

• Collaboration with Management and the operational office to organize resources and ensure the correct delivery of services;

• Preparation of periodic reports on commercial activities carried out and results achieved.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in economics, law, or a related field;

• At least 2-3 years of experience in service sales within the facility management, concierge services, or related sectors;

• Good knowledge of the English language to interface with international clients and stakeholders;

• Strong relational skills, results orientation, and excellent negotiation skills complete the profile.

Workplace: Milan (MI)

We offer: direct employment with an initial fixed-term contract leading to permanent hiring, salary package €35,000 - €40,000 + MBO (Management by Objectives). Collaborations under VAT number will also be considered - €200 - €230/day + VAT
