About the Position:
This is a rare opportunity for a talented Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to take the next step in a rewarding career. You’ll work closely with dynamic partners and senior colleagues on a portfolio of major clients including private enterprises, national corporations, and government bodies.
Your work will cover:
- Corporate advisory and governance issues
- Complex commercial transactions and business structuring
- Mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital raises
- Drafting and reviewing shareholder, service, and supply agreements
- Commercial risk and regulatory compliance
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to firm strategy
Key Requirements:
- 4–6+ years post-admission experience in corporate and/or commercial law (fintech & digital assets experience needed)
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions and negotiate confidently
- Exceptional drafting, communication, and client advisory skills
- Ability to manage client relationships at a strategic level
- A collaborative and commercial mindset, with leadership aspirations
