Their Brisbane office is growing, and they are seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to take the lead on high-impact matters within a collaborative, people-focused team.

About the Position:

This is a rare opportunity for a talented Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to take the next step in a rewarding career. You’ll work closely with dynamic partners and senior colleagues on a portfolio of major clients including private enterprises, national corporations, and government bodies.

Your work will cover:

• Corporate advisory and governance issues
• Complex commercial transactions and business structuring
• Mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital raises
• Drafting and reviewing shareholder, service, and supply agreements
• Commercial risk and regulatory compliance
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to firm strategy

You’ll enjoy a high degree of autonomy with the support of a national team that values collaboration and results. This position suits someone who thrives in a strategic advisory role and is seeking meaningful progression.

Key Requirements:

• 4–6+ years post-admission experience in corporate and/or commercial law (fintech & digital assets experience needed)
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions and negotiate confidently
• Exceptional drafting, communication, and client advisory skills
• Ability to manage client relationships at a strategic level
• A collaborative and commercial mindset, with leadership aspirations
