Are you an experienced upholsterer looking to earn serious money, enjoy total independence on the road, and work on some of the most unique commercial upholstery projects in the country?

We’re recruiting now for a skilled Commercial Upholsterer to join a thriving upholstery restoration business specialising in high-end repairs for well-known hospitality venues across London & The South East.

This is not a typical workshop job — you’ll be out and about, tackling real upholstery challenges in pubs, clubs, hotels, and restaurants. If you’re highly skilled, self-motivated, and want to put the hours in and see big financial rewards, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Get:

£35,000 base salary + generous overtime — OTE £45,000 to £55,000+

Fully serviced work vehicle + mobile workshop + unlimited fuel card

Expenses paid: accommodation, parking, travel

Your Key Duties:

Carry out commercial upholstery and furniture repairs on-site

Work on pub benches, restaurant seating, hotel furniture & more

Machine sew, cut, top-stitch, quilted and button-back upholstery

Use mobile sewing machine on-site (provided)

Ensure quality finish while keeping up with tight deadlines

Occasionally stay overnight (accommodation covered)

Who We’re Looking For:

Confident upholsterer with strong on-site repair experience

Skilled in machine sewing, top-stitch, quilted & button-back work

Able to cut fabric on site and work independently

Excellent attention to detail and able to work at pace

Comfortable travelling across the region

Positive, reliable and willing to work overtime for great pay
