Job description
Gi Group SA is seeking a Commercial Technician RVCS for an estimated client company near Locarno. The job involves:
- Preparing technical and commercial offers
- Analyzing customer requests
- Writing detailed quotes
- Optimizing solutions based on technical and economic requirements
- Managing and consulting clients
- Technical support before and after sales
- Consulting on product selection
- Evaluating costs and margins
- Analyzing purchase and sale costs
- Coordinating with suppliers and warehouse
- Verifying product availability
- Interfacing with suppliers for technical updates and promotions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Techincal training in thermotechnics, electrotechnics, or similar
- Experience in the RVCS sector
- Prior experience in sales or design of systems is preferred
- Commercial and relational skills
- Negotiation skills, customer orientation, problem-solving
- Familiarity with main products and regulations
- Knowledge of ventilation systems, sanitary installations, etc.
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Fluent Italian (additional knowledge will be considered a plus)
