🎯 Who You Are

• You have leadership experience (at least 1 year) and a passion for helping people grow.
• You’re people-oriented and know how to inspire, coach, and empower your team.
• You’re results-focused and motivated by impact and measurable outcomes.
• You’re hands-on, working side-by-side with your team every day.
• You communicate confidently in English (B2+) & Spanish or Italian (B1) and thrive in a multicultural setting.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of 4–5 buyers, driving commercial performance.
• Manage daily operations and acquisition activities with a hands-on, strategic approach.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
• Track KPIs and results, analyze performance, and report to senior management.
• Shape strategy and propose action plans to achieve objectives and exceed targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver results.
