As the Commercial Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with our products and services. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
