Commercial Strategy Manager – Data Quality, KPI Monitoring, Processes (m/f/d)
Job description
- Responsibility for data quality, data standards, and data governance in the commercial area, as well as ensuring consistent data across Sitetracker, CRM, and other systems
- Administration and continuous development of Sitetracker (fields, workflows, reports, and configurations)
- Creation, maintenance, and automation of dashboards and reports on pipeline, site status, and relevant KPIs
- Consolidation of data from Sitetracker and other data sources into a central reporting structure
- Support of monthly and quarterly reporting for the Head of Commercial
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support strategy, decision-making, and business case processes
- Identification of data quality problems and coordination of improvement measures with relevant stakeholders
- Definition, monitoring, and further development of data quality rules and KPIs in commercial systems
- Design, documentation, and optimization of commercial processes in the Commercial Management and Account Management teams
- Training of employees in the use of Sitetracker and close cooperation with IT teams on system extensions and optimizations
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a comparable field of study
- Very good Excel skills and extensive experience in data handling
- Experience with or strong interest in BI and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
- Experience in process management, data governance, or CRM system administration
- Ability to analyze data and present it understandably for non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, reliable personality with strong communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Continuous desire for improvement and enjoyment in making processes more efficient
- Experience in the charging infrastructure, energy, or infrastructure industry is an advantage
