Commercial Sector Lighting

e-work SpA, headquartered in Bergamo, is seeking a Commercial Sector Lighting professional for an industrial client operating in the metalmechanical sector, located in Valbrembo (Bg). The selected resource will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from acquiring new customers to developing commercial relationships with technical and creative stakeholders, up to defining and closing deals. Required skills: - commercial experience towards companies, ideally in sectors such as lighting, electrical/electronic components, automation or related; - basic technical knowledge, mainly regarding cabling, cable types, processing and certification processes; - ability to develop new contracts and commercial opportunities through scouting activities, trade show visits, buyer contacts, technical studies, and designer collaborations; - autonomy in managing negotiations and the sales cycle from the first contact to the proposal until the agreement closure; - experience with public or private tenders in hotel, office, retail settings; - good relational and communication skills for interfacing with technical and creative clients (architects, interior designers).
