Commercial Sales Representative

RPO Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Blackheath, Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to present viable technical solutions to executive-level clients while ensuring feasibility on the installation side. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Present and propose technical solutions that align with clients' operational needs.
• Ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions from an installation and implementation perspective.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Matric certificate (relevant diploma/degree in Business, Sales, or a technical field is advantageous).
• Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably within a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong ability to engage with executive-level clients and present compelling sales solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.
• Ability to understand installation feasibility and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
