Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: Circa £70,000 per annum
Package: Predominantly basic
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (no weekends)
Own car required - business mileage paid

About the role

This senior management position offers an opportunity for a proven commercial property professional to lead and develop a high-performing department.

You'll oversee all aspects of commercial sales and lettings, drive business growth, and ensure service excellence across every client interaction.

The role requires extensive experience within the commercial sector, with the ability to combine strategic thinking with day-to-day operational leadership. You'll work closely with directors to shape business direction, manage key clients, and lead a team focused on delivering strong results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial sales department and oversee all operations
• Manage major client relationships and high-value transactions
• Drive business development and identify new market opportunities
• Support, mentor, and guide team members to achieve performance targets
• Ensure compliance, profitability, and exceptional service delivery

• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Strong business development and networking skills
• Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
