Commercial Representative for Business Development

Orienta SpA - Benefit Society - Ferrara Branch (tel 0532203010) seeks a Commercial Representative for Business Development to expand our client network on the territory of Ferrara and Bologna. We are an employment agency structured on the territory of Ferrara for over 20 years, specialized in job search, selection, and supply of personnel. The selected figure will be responsible for commercial development activities at Ferrara and Bologna, managing relationships with existing clients and coordinating with the selection team to ensure effective and personalized service. Main responsibilities - Active search for new business opportunities at Ferrara and Bologna - Management of existing client portfolio and loyalty - Analysis of corporate needs and proposal of tailored HR solutions - Negotiation of commercial offers - Constant collaboration with the branch team Requisites - Previous experience of at least 3/4 years in a commercial setting (preferably in the employment agency sector) - Excellent relational, communicative, and negotiating skills - Knowledge of the territory - B driving license - Availability to move around the Ferrarese and Bolognese territories We offer - Placement in a solid and structured context - Remuneration commensurate with experience + bonus upon achieving objectives - Opportunities for professional growth within the company Location: Ferrara.
