Commercial Representative for Business Development

Orienta Orienta SpA - Benefit Company - Ferrara Branch (tel 0532203010) seeks a Commercial Representative for Business Development to expand our client network on the territory. We are an employment agency structured in the Ferrara area for over 20 years, specializing in job search, selection, and supply of personnel. The selected figure will be responsible for commercial development activities, management of existing customer portfolio, and coordination with the selection team to ensure effective and personalized service. Main responsibilities - Active research of new business opportunities in the assigned territory - Management of existing customer portfolio and loyalty - Analysis of corporate needs and proposal of tailored HR solutions - Negotiation of commercial offers and contract closure - Constant collaboration with the branch team Requirements - Previous experience of at least 3/4 years in a commercial context (preferably in the employment agency sector) - Excellent relational, communicative, and negotiating skills - Knowledge of the territory and local entrepreneurial fabric (constitutes a preferred title) - B driving license and willingness to travel within the territory We offer - Placement in a solid and structured environment - Salary commensurate with experience + bonus for achieving objectives - Opportunities for professional growth within the company Location: Ferrara.
