Commercial Recruiter (1 year Contract)

Job summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recruitment professional with demonstrable inhouse experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise as a full 360 recruiter, managing Senior level technical roles and/or Sales/Commercial openings. The candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to drive our company's continued success. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to: sourcing and screening of candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating qualifications, making recommendations, and negotiating offers. Additionally, the Commercial Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports on all recruitment activities, as well as providing regular updates to management.
