Job Title: Commercial Real Estate-CRE (Associate/ Sr Associate/ Delivery Lead/ Manager/ Assistant Director) Acuity is currently looking for for experienced professionals (3-12 years) in US Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Portfolio Monitoring & CRE Lending to join our growing team in Bangalore! Location: Bangalore Work hours: 11am to 8pm IST Department: Lending Services Experience Level : 3-12 years Key Skills/ Responsibilities • Knowledge of U.S. Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry across all property types, including office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties • Strong understanding of CRE lending products, including term loans, lines of credit, and construction financing • Ability to analyze financial statements, loan documents, and other data to identify potential issues or opportunities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, borrowers, and external partners • Experience with commercial real estate portfolio monitoring and management, including property valuation, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with industry-standard software and technology platforms, such as Argus, Excel, and Salesforce • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
