Knowledge of Office, Retail, Industrial and Hospitality sectors is a plus. Strong understanding of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus.
