Commercial Real Estate Advisor: West Austria (m/w/d)

Our client is a leading, internationally active real estate company with several locations in Austria. For the further expansion of the team in Salzburg, we are looking for a sales-strong, communication-friendly personality with experience as a commercial property agent.

Your tasks:

• Sales of office and commercial properties – from demand collection to contract conclusion
• Individual customer service and active network building
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies
• Identifying new market potential and acquiring suitable objects

Requirements

Your profile:

• Completed training in the real estate sector or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in the commercial property segment
• Sovereign appearance, negotiation skills and goal orientation
• MS Office knowledge and good English skills
