Commercial Property Solicitor – Solihull
Our client is recruiting a qualified Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team, based at the Solihull office. This role offers a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload within a friendly and collaborative working environment.
The Role:
You will undertake a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Sale and purchase of commercial property
- Sale of business assets
- Sale of property at auction
- Secured lending, mortgages and remortgages
- Landlord and Tenant matters, including:
- Leases and renewals
- Licences to assign, sublet and alter
- Surrenders
- Pension scheme transactions, including in specie transactions
- Land Registry applications, including first registrations and adverse possession matters
- Dealing with Section 25 notices
- Acting on behalf of management companies
About You:
- Qualified Commercial Property Lawyer
- Strong technical knowledge and a solid commercial property background
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Proactive, commercially aware and client-focused
