Commercial Property Solicitor – Guildford
A Legal 500-ranked real estate team in Guildford is looking to hire an Experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its busy and growing department.
You'll work alongside talented lawyers and handle a strong pipeline of high-quality real estate matters. Flexibility is good with hybrid working and adaptable hours available to support work-life balance.
Recently, we placed a partner and a managing associate into this team both sought flexibility after moving from City backgrounds and this firm delivered whilst maintaining quality work.
Your caseload will include:
- Leases
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Property finance
- Redevelopments
- Portfolios
To be successful, you should:
- Have excellent experience in commercial property/real estate
- Be 3+ years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX/FCILEX)
