Location: Eastbourne, Sussex
An exciting role is open for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join a dynamic Sussex law firm.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Skilled in managing freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers, leases, and agreements
- Experienced in representing both landlords and tenants and handling the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties
