Job description
I am currently assisting a Legal 500 firm who is looking for a Commercial Property Soliciotr to join their team based in Kettering. Job Role You will work on a range of property matters,including, but not limited: Leases Freehold property Devolpment land Agricultural property Acting for SIPPS/SASSs, corporates,individuals Dealing with commerical lenders Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements and Overage. You will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own caseload and have direction from a senior solicitor. The role is ideal for someone who has experience in commercial property law and is looking for a new challenge.
