Commercial Property Manager

OVERVIEW: This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse, clean, and well-maintained portfolio comprising approximately 100 leases across a truly mixed asset base. You will be working closely with a tight-knit and supportive team to deliver exceptional results. RESPONSIBILITIES: As Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the property portfolio, including but not limited to: * Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties; * Coordinating and implementing maintenance and repair programs; * Developing and maintaining relationships with tenants and stakeholders; * Providing exceptional customer service to all clients; * Maintaining accurate records and reports; * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience: * 3+ years' experience in commercial property management; * Strong understanding of property law and regulations; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
