Mission

As Commercial Project Leader, your main mission is to successfully transform and modernize Carrefour Express franchise stores. You are the driving force behind implementing new concepts, ensuring they are adapted to local specifics while preserving the Carrefour brand identity. Your role is to ensure project success by supporting franchisees at every stage.

Responsibilities

• Governance of a portfolio of 20 to 25 projects per year, from initial phase to follow-up phase.
• Analyze local context and specific needs of each store, considering location (e.g., train station).
• Ensure physical presence in stores during key project moments.
• Supervise and guarantee precise implementation of planograms to optimize product placement.
• Mentor and motivate a team composed of temporary staff and store personnel during renovation operations.
• Persuade franchisees to implement proposed changes, highlighting benefits while preserving the Carrefour concept.
• Rigorous project follow-up and measure impact on store performance.

Profile

• Deep expertise in merchandising and strong logical reasoning skills, both from the franchiser's and customer's perspectives.
• Mastery of inventory management systems, ideally Winstore or equivalent.
• Important geographical mobility: willingness to travel regularly.
• Solid sense of responsibility: complete autonomy in managing planograms and their implementation.
• Strong leadership: ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and counseling skills: ability to establish a trusting relationship with franchisees and guide them in their choices.
• Flexibility and adaptability: ability to work with variable schedules, depending on project needs and store constraints.
