Commercial Operator (Billing)

We are Plan M Professional Services, a top provider for the mobile industry, and we are looking for a dedicated and organized Commercial Operator (Billing) to join our team. Join us and contribute to raising quality standards through professionalism and dedication.

Responsibilities:

• Emitting invoices and other commercial documents according to orders and company policies.
• Verifying the correctness of data before issuing documents.
• Registering and archiving documents in our internal system.
• Picking up and processing customer orders.
• Communicating with customers for clarifications regarding orders and invoices.
• Collaborating with internal departments to confirm product availability.
• Prioritizing periodic reports on billing and sales.
• Identifying and reporting errors in the billing process.

Requirements:

• Diploma in economics or related field.
• Experience in billing and order management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PC operation and accounting/ERP software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
