Commercial Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our Trading and Operations department in our Business Unit based in Bilbao, Spain. How you make the difference The position will be to ensure the smooth, accurate execution of all operational processes that support trading activities and contributes to efficient trade execution, improved performance, and the overall reliability of the trading operation. How your agenda looks like: Assist with the COP/COS issuance and circulation procedures; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; Coordinate with other departments to guarantee a seamless integration of commercial operations; Develop and maintain processes and procedures for the management of commercial data; Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and optimize commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial operations, trading, or a related field, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
