Commercial Operations Analyst

Job description

The role provides support to commercial spend management, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer deductions and commercial program data. This position collaborates with Commercial Finance, Sales, and Shared Services to maintain financial accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Manages customer deductions and claims.
Follows up on promotions, rebates, and commercial agreements.
Validates documentation and controls data accuracy.
Collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
Analyzes discrepancies in invoices, discounts, and payments.
Ensures compliance with commercial processes and SLAs.

Requirements:

English C1
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (desirable).
More than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative, financial, or commercial environment.
Experience in documentation control and ensuring data accuracy.
Experience with trade systems is preferred.
